Non Fermentable Sugars
Refers to sugars that are not able to be fermented by brewers yeast. Includes a large array of dextrins and lactose (that is not produced from malt but is sometimes added by the brewer). The amount of Non Fermentable Sugars that are produced in a conventional mash is at least 20%.
