Corn Grits
Corn grits are the most popular used beer adjunct in the United States. Corn grits are produced my milling corn removing the germ and outer layers of the endosperm. This process leaves behind fragments that are predominately endosperm. Corn grits require additional brewing equipment, a cereal cooker, as they have a high gelatinisation temperature.
