The brewery was set up by Johan Van Hoecke in 2002, and it has been lain in the Oost-Vlaamse place lockers, municipality of the municipality Evergem. The managers of the brewery are Johan Van Hoecke and Chris Van Hijfte. The production process takes place in the test brewery (Andelot) in Hijfte, a village in the municipality Lochristi.
