It is a family-owned and operated brewery. The brewery has been in the hand of the Bosteels family of over 200 years and seven generation. Evarist Bosteels, established the brewery in 1791.They specialize in unique beers which don"t necessarily align with "normal" Belgian beers styles. Constantly innovating and improving, Bosteels is one of the best-known special brewers in Belgium.
