An artisanally brewn blond beer, Zeunt is surprisingly smooth on the palate, with a light touch of hop that - unlike many other artisanal products from Belgian breweries, does not overly dominate the taste. The makers seem to make a point of showing how fermentation on the bottle works: specks of yeast were swirling through the golden liquid treasure. Not a problem for us who like the real stuff, but try to avoid drinking the dregs at the very bottom of the bottle, unless you"re planning for long bathroom visits.
