The aroma has cherries, some tartness, yeast. Hazy, red coloured beer with no head. The taste is very sour and astringent. Has cherries, tartness.

Pours brownish as it comes out of the small bottle. Once in the glass it is a brilliant red with a slight brown tinge. Slight vinegar. Quite a sour nose. There is hints of fruit in there as well, but the acetic aroma overpowers it. Much like a sour beer should be, but not a lambic. Very pungent. Slight nail polish remover aroma as well. Tart, acidic and much like drinking red wine vinegar. A little, albeit faint, hint of sweetness. Pucker-inducing. Very thin, no carbonation unless forcibly stirred up - and then it’s really not carbonation to begin with. A slight, slight sweetness on the back of this.
