Appearance of this Belgian beer is a dense honey color with a thin head to it. The smell is sweet with a scent of alcohol on the back end. Sipping this tripel, with some taste of the hops and a bite overall to it. The mouthfeel is sugary with some light carbonation. Drinkability is good for a tripel, another pleasant sipper.

Pours a dark cloudy gold color, with a nice off white head.

Dusty cereal grainy notes on the nose. Smells a little bready and spicy, but a little bit off... not bad though.

Very tart and spicy tripel. Full bodied feel, creamy malts, light sweetness, and heavy spicy and bready notes. Finish has a definite alcohol warmth, and some light mineral hop flavors.

Mouthfeel is good. Full feeling with a nice prickly carbonated finish.
