The careful selection of the ingredients, mainly wheat, give to this white ale brewed in the respect of traditions, a cloudy aspect, a bittersweet flavour, a generous roundness and a fruity and refreshing character. This biological beer has a primary fermentation at the brewing stage. It is then bottled; additional yeast is added for the secondary re-fermentation that gives this beer its sweet and sour as well as fruity and refreshing taste.
