This Belgian beer pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and caramelish. Dry malty flavoured, rather phenolic and spiced. Simple, clean and classic.

Very dense & fine, light-yellow head over metallic-yellow beer. Dry-spicy, loam; lightly toasted malts, very discreet. Very dry-bitter flavour, strange vegetable bitterness, like celeriac, but less sweet. Again - loam. Well-attenuated, medium bodied, spritzy-burning at swallowing. Very special taste.
