Pours hazy amber with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet and spicy. Good caramel backbone with coriander dominating the well-dosed Christmas spices. Highish carbonation, still a fine mouthfeel. Very fat caramel as the main flavour, light sweet coriander and cardemum. Taste is liquorice with that salty taste, which in combination with the thin body make the beer quite astringent. A very spicy taste with thyme, coriander and light molasses. The spices end up making the finish quite dry.
