Pale hazy golden with a medium, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma is fairly complex, roses, pepper, crisp malts, yeast, apple and peach. High carbonation, creamy yet somehow watery palate with some dryness. Flavour has mild maltiness, light nutty, some roses, white pepper. Fair lingering grassy bitterness in the end.
