Muddy brown with a small, persistent head. Grainy-yeasty, caramely-malty nose with quite evident sour notes (not sure if it’s intentional or not). Flavor is tart and caramely-malty, with grainy-worty feel.

The beer pours a hazy orange-brown color with a white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast, toffee and some funk. The flavor is yeast, wheat, cocoa, toffee and some light tartness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
