Aroma is deep and complex: cherries, raisins, caramel, malt, and hints of balsamic vinegar acidity. Flavor starts dry and acidic with touches of fruit and malt emerging. Touches of caramel and chocolate balanced against acidic red wine and a hint of sour cherry. Funky but delicious. Complex sourness in the finish with touches of sour berry, cola, and acetic acid. Mouthfeel is drying and acidic and highly carbonated. Overall, an exceptional sour brew -- nicely balanced between sourness and richness.
