Adelardus was one of the most important abbots for the abbey of Trudo and the city Sint-Truiden. He built the tower and rebuilded the existing church into one of the most monumental churches of that time.
The ingredients are: brewing liqour, malt, yeast, hop, candy and sweet gale
Sweet gale is a mixture of ten spices from the region, which gives the beer his typical flavour.
