Pours clear gold, bubbly with a strong, foamy white head. Doughy malts on the nose, some slight metal. Dough and yeast in the flavor, mild sweetness, not much bitterness. Light bodied but filling with cloud-like carbonation. Some crispy malts on the finish, light hay, more dough.
