The beer poured dark brown with an off-white head that rose tall and fell slowly to lace the glass.

The aroma was malty with dark fruits and some belgian yeast.

The flavor was malty with dark fruits and a deep caramel flavor. The belgian yeast give a crisp flavor and hide the alcohol component.

The finish was dry with a lasting dark caramel flavor into the aftertaste. The body was medium or just a bit more. Quite a bit of carbonation.
