Floris Apple is a solid, easy to drink the whole bottle fruity whitebeer that I recommend everyone should try. Unlike other über-sweet Lambics that you can enjoy 6 or 8 ounces of before they become too sweet, it is easy to drink an entire 12 ounce bottle of Floris Apple.

It pours like a krystalweiss, but with a little more head. Clear, golden in color and with two fingers of head if poured well. The apple smell is solid, but not overpowering and does accompany the taste perfectly.

Unlike some other lambics that have a syrupy taste and mouthfeel, Floris Apple is crisp and goes down the gullet with ease. While it is easy to drink one, drinking more than one can be overpowering due to the sweet taste, however, it is still very drinkable, just not in volume.
