Pour yields a slightly-murky golden beer with a good white head and some slight lacing. The nose brings forward a good mild funk along with some hay and earth. Some peaches and other stone fruits lingering in the background. Some floral notes as well. The taste lays it all out funk, earth, hay, fruits, and some dry floral notes. Really nicely balanced with a crisp, dry finish. Drinks pretty well. A very nice beer.
