Pours dark red-brown with a deep, creamy, light-beige head. Aroma has sweetness, caramel, malts and sugar. Light yeasty. Highish carbonation, good creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, malty, light toasted, some caramel and a fine coriander balance at the end. Not an overly spicy Belgian Christmas beer, which is a rarity.
