An alcohol content of 8% supports the fragrances while maintaining the delicacy made by cold manufacture. The manufacturing is done according to simple and traditional methods. As before, the monitoring of brewing and fermentation takes place only under the watchful eye of the brewer. Particular attention is given the choice of the four basic ingredients: water, malt, hops and levure. Except these noble materials, no added flavors and preservatives are in the composition of the recipe. A slow secondary fermentation in the bottle helps to qualify the vintage beer.
