A blond top fermented beer. traditionally brewed for the RLVA (Regional Landscape of the Flemisch Ardennes) with only natural ingredients. To emphasize the region and the natural habitat of the little owl, 3 special herbs growing in the Flemish Ardennen ( sweet woodfuff, angelica and blackthorn) were selected and added to the brew. These add to the beer the specific taste and aroma. This unique beer was the silver medal winner at the European Beer Star in Nürnberg (2011).
