Smell is sweet, tiny sour, fresh and fruity with cherries, hints of sour cherries, cinnamon, burnt sugar and hints of barnyard. Taste is sour with lemon juice, green apples, sour cherries, earthy minerals, leather and hay. Mouthfeel is tart and very very sour. Finish is tart with apples and cherries.
