The starting point for First Frontier is to create an IPA "the American way" without a sickly sweet malt profile that removes the focus from the IPA is really about: the potent and aromatic hops. The result is a nice dry, crisp and bitter IPA, which is hard tørhumlet with the three American hop varieties Warrior, Simcoe, and Centennial, which gives a hint of citrus, peach and grapefruit. Added is a little caramel malt, which is just there to harness and balance the alcohol, which is at 7.1%. "We all got pieces of crazy in us, somebody bigger pieces enn andre"
Ingredients: Water, Malt, Oats, Hops (Warrior, Simcoe, Centennial), yeast.
