A very attractive alternative to the classic Lager. The Yersekes Mosselbier offers more color and more taste. First you taste the bitterness of the hops, immediately followed by a light sweetness of the roasted malt.

Pours light amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, cooked, caramel. Flavour is sweet and malty - almost bordering on brewing cereal, after some roasted malts look pasts it is replaced by a fair amount of flowery hoppiness. Relatively dry in the finish.
The dark amber color in a special flute glass is an enrichment for the table.
