Color is a near black amber with good carbonation and a tall light tan head. Aroma of yeast, sweet fruits and roasted malt. Taste is crisp with a mild sweetness. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish is a mild malt sweetness that gives off flavors of raisin, vanilla and a light toffee taste then an easy bitterness rolls in. After taste is dry and slightly bland.
