Smell is funky sour and tart citrus. A bit of wheat smell giving it a clove bread smell too. Taste is funky tart and sour lemon and wheat flavors. Taste kind of like a lemon drop or lemon heads candy. Some hints of other golden fruits. A bit of spice is also present, think wit or hefe.
Interesting and unique beer. A combination of a wit or hefe and a lambic. Also provides a touch of funky flavors.
