Muddy brown with a medium, firm head. Very grainy-malty nose with caramel and dried fruit. Flavor is also grain-accented, with slightly sweet caramely maltiness emerging quickly towards the neutral-dry, malty finish. Medium to full body, soft CO2. A quite pleasant and balanced Scottish ale with a Belgian-yeasty twist.
