Small batch of 25 crates; brewed with Pilsener malt, Munich, Cristal, Cara50 and Cara120, as well as brown candi sugar. Golding hoppellets (Belgian), and a dose of liquorice. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned. 20 Plato.

Smell is sweet, hint of butter, light spicy and has a small gueuze smell. Color is between brown, amber and red Dark white foamy head disappears quick. Taste different bitter, but especially sweet with a hint of gueuze (even a slight hint of cherry is discoverd). Taste no alcohol, pure bitter. A bit yeasty.
