Stirred occasionally during the year, the Barley Wine Brewery St. Helena is an adaptation of American-style form resolutely Belgian drier than its neighbor, it is nonetheless complex. The power of the malt it creates is offset by a healthy dose of hops and a strong presence in the mouth alcohol. This is a beer tasting coffee to take in inch after a good meal for example.
