The Pauwel Kwak, which means "The Coachman Beer", is a high fermentation ambered beer. It is the result of 3 different types of malts combined with sugar and wheat, added to 3 types of hops. Kwak brewed by the family-owned Brewery Bosteels in Buggenhout, Belgium. It is named after an 18th century innkeeper and brewer, Pauwel Kwak.
The beer is filtered before packaging in bottles and kegs.
