Ingredients:  
    3 egg yolks
    3 half egg shells of sugar
    3 half egg shells of Kriek St.-Louis
    vanilla ice cream
    red fruits (raspberries, blackberries, etc.)


Preparation:
Beat the yolks, sugar and Kriek, making a figure of eight.
Continue to whisk over low heat or in a bain-marie until a frothy mousse is obtained.
Take care not to overcook.
Fill the glasses with ice cream, fruit and zabaglione. Add the rest of the fruit on top.
