Ingredients:
6 salmon filets (150 gr each)
3 spoons of chopped echalots
40 cl cream
20 gr butter
12 cl Duvel
salt and pepper

Preparation:
Cook the salmon filet in a closed frying pan with the beer, the chopped echalots and half of the cream. Flavour with pepper and salt.
Remove the cooked filets out of the liquid and arrange them on a plate. Add the remaining cream to the cooking liquid. Thicken the liquid by cooking. Then add the butter to the sauce and pour it over the salmon filet.
Serve with sprouts. Decorate with paprika, mini tomatoes and grean pod-peas.
