Additives
Substance that is used in beer production that are not adjuncts, malt, hops, water or yeast. Additives can be added at any stage of the brewing process and are not removed before the beer is consumed (unlike processing aids that are removed). Substances such as enzymes and yeast nutrients are considered to be additives.
