On March 10, 2008 is when everything has started officially. A vacant building of a cafe used to establish the brewery.
Soon, in April the decision was taken to a completely new brewing equipment. The brewing vessels and tanks were delivered in early June and immediately installed so that same month could start with pilot brewing. Beginning in July became the first beer brewed on a large scale.

Since September 2008 the beer was already commercialized and now in various bars, liquor stores and local stores. Soon Marc realized that the location might not suit for the long run. In early 2009 Marc and his wife, Kristin move to a new house with large basement, which was transformed into brewery with a tasting room. The double garage became as storage. The work starts in May and in July of 2009 the brewery moved and became operational.

Vlier increased the range of beer from 3 to 5 beers and started to brew two seasonal beers.
