The activities of the brewery can be divided into two categories:
1. Brewing of the De Graal beers. The first beer that came on the market in 2002 was De Graal Gember (ginger beer). After that followed De Graal Blond, Dubbel, Tripel and Triverius. De Graal Speciale is our seasonal beer (winter beer) and will be replaced by the De Graal SloCK in Europe. (See The Beers)
2. A second important activity is brew on premise. This can be done for societies, bars, restaurants, companies etc who want a new beer with there own label on the bottle. This starts at volumes of 500 litres at very good prices.
