The brewery was transmitted in the family of one generation to the other until 1800, when the Felix family bought the company. One of the last owners of this family was August Felix, a lawyer who had his cabinet in a house beside the brewery. After the death of this unmarried brewer-lawyer, the brewery bought Mrs Adams, she was a family friend.
In 1987 Clarysse Brewery opened its first beer market with Audenarde, Lucien Vandefonteynelaan. In 1996 a second beer market was born with Renaix, Ninovestraat 74 and in 2002 the third beer hall opened in Eine, Nestor de Tièrestraat 94. In 2003 Clarysse Brewery brewered Felix brun d’Audenarde beer wich one is still available.

Brugse Zot blond from Brewery De Halve Maan is available in the Beer Store
