Indeed, it is the center of the village of Ambly (Nassogne entity) that "The Saint Monon" was born.

Passionate about brewing beer for years, Pierre Jacob (industrial engineering in food), decided in 1996 to do its job in its own right.
Concerned about the quality of its products, our young brewer uses both raw materials of first quality (hops and malt ) and the products (water, honey from local beekeepers ) to achieve the alchemies which alone has the secret.

Of the four kinds, the amber enabled the "Saint Monon" to be known beyond his village, at fairs, markets .This special, mixing well balanced bitterness and caramel matched his personal taste.

Thereafter, the second beer he offered - in this case brown - had an impact fairly quickly as the public at large brewing contests in which it participates.

Thus it won first prize in the Walloon beers, Soignies in 1998 .This beer would thereafter receive the "gold medal" in the international beer in Chicago. In 2007, the Fourquet of money he was awarded in France in support of St-Nicolas-de-Port.

Third of the range, the honey surprised by its mild aroma of honey dosed appropriately. The latest is brewed only for the time period. It is very tasty and fragrant. There is also a spice that combines the warmth of Provence and the Ardennes firs .
