Traditional and family business, the Blaugies brewery was created by Pierre-Alex Carlier and Marie-Robert Pourtois. The succession has already been ensured by their children: kevin Carlier, the brewer and Cédric Carlier, the restaurant owner. The original materials are: a big saucepan, a burner, a carboy, the advice of several brewers and the professor Devreux allowed the creation of the recipe of the Moneuse beer.

The convencing results, the friends" craze for the product, lead to the creation of the gyle by the Ateliers MEURA from Tournai.
For four years, the bottling was mainly handmade, the washing, the corking, the wiring and the labelling of the bottles were handmade. In 1992, the Blaugies"brewery invested in an industrial bottling chain. It"s precisely at that moment, that the owners"children chose their studies according to their desire to take the succession. Today, the brewery ensures a 5.600 liters production per month. Extension opportunities are also foreseen
