The Pater Lieven Bruin is dark brown and has a fine and stable beige foam. The fragrance refers to black chocolate powdered with vulling of nootjes, oat malt, rozijntjes etc., with a little cocoa powder. In the intense taste those chocomadebitterheid and cocoa return, completed with a little drop. The aftertaste has an after-taste of cocoa.
