Pale , almost watery, golden beer is slightly hazy. A huge, creamy, white head sits on top leaving strands of lace as it fades. Yeasty notes of flowers and bubble gum in the aroma. The taste is fairly dry at firsts and sweetens up midway through with bits of vanilla, bubble gum, and lemon grass. It dries out again in the finish with a mix of rock candy and alcohol. The mouthfeel is light and crisp; especially for a beer that isn"t bitter. There is a sugaryness to the flavors that becomes overpowering half way through the bottle and this sweetness washes out the other flavors.
