Dekoninck Kriek lambic is a beer of spontaneous fermentation, blended from old and young lambic, matured on oak casks. Our quality is guaranteed by the addition of 200 grams of sour cherries pro liter beer. Store in a dark place, lying down. Pour very cold in balloon snifters.

Pours a dark murky red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is dominated by sweet and tart cherry and subtle red wine like notes. The flavor isn’t really tart at all only in the way of the tart cherry notes, with notes of red wine, dark cherry and thats it. The body is light with an almost watery mouthfeel.
