The beer is crystal clear pale golden with a white, frothy and long lasting head which laced the glass from top to bottom.
The aroma is sharp and spicy with a strong Saaz presnce. A very slight bit of menthol was also notable in the hop character.
The flavor was Saaz hop bittering and a flavor which were both pronounced and strong. The beer was fairly clean with a very slightly fruity character.
The finish was dry with a lasting light bittering into the aftertaste. The body was medium with a high carbonation level and which led to a creamy mouthfeel. A good beer, but unfiltered, no way.
