The Bush de Nuits was launched in August 2008. The Bush de Nuits is basically a Bush de Noel which has been matured for more than 6 months in oak barrels previously used to hold the famous Nuits Saint Georges wine, instead of being traditionally kept in storage tanks. The beer is then bottled in a 75 cl bottle which are placed in a hot room during 3 weeks for a third fermentation.
The final result is surprising, a highly flavour some beer with wine-like aromas of red fruits giving it an harmonious balance in the mouth with sweetness.
