Centennial is a traditional American type of hop. It appears in many of the great American IPAs and it's popularity is widely spread, leaving a big, fat mark on the US beer scene. The esteem of Centennial is not without reason. It combines everything one wants in a hop; a smell fruits and flowers; a taste of pine and juniper and it is bitter as hell.
