Brewed in Jandrain-Jandrenouille for NovaBirra in Braine L'Alleud Emanuele Corazzin of NovaBirra. Stout Big Mama Big Mama is fat 6.2% alk.Soloda used in its brewing to give it its black color and a delicious aroma of coffee and chocolate. On the palate it develops a subtle malty sweetness balanced by the bitterness. Beer tasting is developing, it should allow for the first year of detention in the basement. It is perfectly chocolate cake and the heart of red fruits.
