dark golden cloudy; a white, loosely-formed pillowy beer head gradually settles, on top of a moderately-carbonated body. Creamy and candyish pale malts upfront, laced with a mixed fruity note of lemon-syrup+apricot+tangerine peel; a mildly grassy and aromatic hint of nobles hops sustains firmly in the background, along with a slightly stinky +spicy yeastiness of bananas, coriander-seeds (+some cloves perhaps).
A bitter-orange flavour rides on a bed of creamy, bitter-sweet pale malts, followed closely with a clove-ish edge; an intensifying, spicy and fruit-estery yeastiness gradually results in a dryish and tangy-fruity palate, while the floral aftertaste of hops stays in the deep end of the palate.
Softly-carbonated, refreshing on the mouthfeel, yet showing a firm body without unwanted intrusion of alc. warmth
