Aroma is of golden hay. 2+ (pure white) fingernail head on medium pour. Lemon zest, hay, must, white pepper. Taste is grapefruit/zesty citrus fruit with green apple, hint of funk/sour.
Mouth is medium bodied with high carbonation.
