The mouthfeel is great, and acidity well balanced, super drinkable, prickly lambic with a mild but tasty fruit presence. The nectarine does, though, shine on the nose, fresh, herbal and bright.

Poured a clear golden color lambic with no carbonation. Aroma of sour notes with some oak, funky barnyard notes with subtle nectarine notes. Taste is also a mix of sour notes with some subtle nectarine notes, some oak, barnyard funk with light acidic notes.
