St. Idesbald Blond
Price: Not sold by PolyBEER
On the basis of an ancestral receipt, this relatively light blonde, remains faithful to the principles of the monks who populated the old abbey of the Belgian side and today captive of sands.
Country: Belgium
Brewery: Brouwerij Huyghe
Alcohol: 6.20  %
Type: Ale, Blond, Artizanal, Abbey
The least strong of 3 beers of this abbey, is relatively neutral on the characterial level. It proposes a sober savour, mixing malt and the land-mark, without depth exaggerated in after-taste. In spite of a heavy inheritance of History, it refreshes intelligently, and will charm thirst in hot weather.
Pours cloudy golden coloured with a nice lacing egg white head. Sweet and malty aroma with notes of oranges and yeast. Flavours of sweet malt, citrus and spicy yeast.

Brugse Zot blond from Brewery De Halve Maan is available in the Beer Store
