100% West Flemish hops
Brewery De Halve Maan will brew Brugs Tarwebier again following the family recipe. The beer will have a refermentation in the bottle, which will contribute to the round flavour. Only West-Flemish hops will be used, namely Magnum hops, originated from the “Westhoek”. Xavier Vanneste states: “Besides that, we created a new label which has the logo of brewery de Gouden Boom. Also the scutcheon of the Vanneste family will be shown on the new label, which is a clear reference to five generations of unique brewer craftsmanship.
